2 DAY FORMAT | Presentation + Q&A
Day 1 (approx. 1 hour + QA) | Tuesday, April 11th: Sandler Partners' Gerry Davis and Ben Edwards present the ideas, solutions available through Sandler's Provider portfolio, and value CX and CCaaS bring – from building loyalty and reducing attrition to providing improved customer interactions and insights. CX is an organization-wide endeavor, with Contact Center (omnichannel across phones, chat, social media, text, websites/shopping portal) playing a key public-facing role. Gerry and Ben will also look at specific technologies like Contact Center, self-service, AI/ML automation usage, and digital channels. These solutions unlock a world of opportunity for organizations.
Day 2 (approx. 1 hour + QA) | Wednesday, April 12th: Join Gerry Davis and select Sandler Partners Providers to expand the conversation – learn about their unique solutions, where they work best, and how to lead the conversation. He'll also illustrate how Sandler works with Partners, as part of their team, to help them develop customers’ CX/CCaaS capabilities. Gerry will offer his experience working with these approaches, the considerations that should be kept in mind, and concepts that will catch customer's interest.
